We offer classes for every level. Space is limited, so please register online. Drop-ins are welcome, however, classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If classes are full, contact us to be placed on our wait list.

Here we incorporate cardio intervals in a HIIT format, while using resistance bands. This class focuses on strengthening our lower body and core. Get ready for some booty gains.

Sculpt

CBD Reiki and Restore

Restorative is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. Props will be used to support your body as Tanya talks you through this relaxing practice. CBD provided by Daily Dose.

Buti Lite is a great place to start if you’re new to Buti Yoga. Our trained instructors will still give you a great workout, trust me! If you have any injuries or specific needs, just let your instructor know and they will be happy to provide you with modifications! Come give it a try!
